1. About DirtLogics

DirtLogics is a construction logistics and operations platform designed to support dispatch management, ticket processing, driver workflows, OCR ticket extraction, operational reporting, billing workflows, and related construction logistics operations.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:

  • misuse the platform,
  • interfere with platform operations,
  • attempt unauthorized access,
  • upload malicious code,
  • or use the Services in a way that could harm DirtLogics or other users.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • and all activity occurring under your account.

Consent to receive SMS communications is collected through platform registration, onboarding, operational workflows, or other user-submitted forms.

5. Data & Platform Usage

DirtLogics may process uploaded information, including tickets, dispatch records, and workflow data, in order to provide platform functionality and improve Services.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. AI & OCR Features

Certain platform features may utilize OCR (optical character recognition), AI-assisted extraction, validation systems, or automated workflow analysis.

Users acknowledge:

  • AI-generated results may require human review,
  • extracted data may contain inaccuracies,
  • and users remain responsible for reviewing operational and billing information before final approval or invoicing.

7. Availability of Services

DirtLogics may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the platform at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, workflows, designs, and related materials are the property of DirtLogics or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DirtLogics shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,
  • lost profits,
  • operational delays,
  • lost business opportunities,
  • or damages resulting from platform interruptions, data inaccuracies, or user misuse.

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating operational data before relying on it for dispatching, billing, payroll, or invoicing decisions.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
